We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To minimize return shipping costs, we recommend removing the unopened product pouch from its packaging and using a standard letter-sized envelope for return shipping.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of returning your package. This includes transit time (5-10 business days), return processing (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).
