How long can I wear the patch?
Our patches are made to be worn up to eight hours.
Please note: Wearing the patches over eight hours may cause an adverse skin reaction.
What is the shelf life/Where is the expiration date found?
The expiration date can be found on the back of the inside packaging. The shelf life of the patches are two years when stored in a dry, cool location away from sunlight.
Where should I wear the patch?
For best results, apply the patch to an area with little to no hair, such as the ankle, shoulder, or hip. To optimize absorption and minimize irritation, rotate the application site daily, placing the patch on different areas in a cycle.
What is the best way to store them?
Store your patches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some users prefer sealing them in a ziplock bag after opening for extra protection. Avoid storing them in humid areas like bathrooms.
Are the patches safe for children?
Our patches are designed for adult use. If you are considering them for a child, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional to determine suitability. Some ingredients may not be appropriate for children, and dosage requirements can vary significantly by age and weight. Always seek and follow medical guidance before use.
What if the patches bother my skin?
If you have sensitive skin, use baby oil or rubbing alcohol to gently remove the patch. If you experience extreme redness or irritation, discontinue use and contact us at returns@patchable.com for assistance and we recommend contacting a physician in the problem persists.
Can I get the patch wet?
Yes, but exposure to water may cause the patch to stick more firmly, making removal difficult. If this happens, use rubbing alcohol or baby oil to help remove it. Please note that our patches are not water-resistant and water exposure may reduce their effectiveness.
Can I wear multiple patches at once?
Some people like to wear multiple patches at one time. This is not uncommon, but we recommend that you consult with your doctor on your individual needs before applying more than one.
Can I replace my prescription medication with Patchable?
Please do not take our patches in place of your doctor’s prescribed medication. Instead, please consult your professional healthcare provider for medical advice.
